You may have sufficient knowledge of healthy foods; however it is the structure of your eating habits that also plays an integral part to good nutritional preparation. There are a number of factors that may influence your level of success; whether your goal is to make a fresh start with your eating habits or just to shed those last few stubborn pounds, the following factors could impact your progression:

  • Sleeping pattern
  • Breakfast choice
  • Snacks
  • Meal/snack timing
  • Fluid intake (including alcohol!)
  • How food is prepared
  • How food is cooked
  • Your metabolic rate

There are more potential aspects that may influence your weight gain/loss, with many being very specific to the individual. SNACK 2 (16:30) – Selection of berries (strawberry, raspberry, etc), low fat honey yogurt + dry oats

MEAL 2 (19:00) – Baked potato, tuna mixed with low fat mayo and paprika spice, side salad + water
