Unique to Vitalty we offer a spilt class to get the best of both. The first 20 minutes of the class is devoted to an intense cardio workout utilising the step. Movement on and off the step in all directions increases our heart rate, burning calories and improving cardio vascular health. This is followed by 20 minutes of body conditioning using hand weights to increase resistance and encourages your body to strengthen and lengthen your muscles leading to a more toned, sculpted look.
Our instructors describe the class as ‘challenging, friendly, interesting and a varied workout. Combing upper and lower body strengthening exercises, thus improving your general fitness and health.
