A combination of Aerobics and Legs, Bums + Tums. From simple stretching to choreographed movements, and strengthening floor exercises to energetic cardio movements. A high calorie burning workout for all, to the latest energetic tunes, combining hard work with good fun and working all problem areas of the body.
