Legs Bums and Tums
This is one of Vitality’s most popular classes. Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) classes are ideal for those people wishing to give more definition and firm up these notoriously difficult areas. The techniques used within Vitality’s LBT’s classes are proven to work in these hard to tone areas.
The class involves an initial cardiovascular warm up followed by a lower impact toning session to up beat music for your motivation. The emphasis within this class is on good technique of the movement and repetitive contraction of the specific muscle groups.
Your Vitality instructor will participate in the class, as well as being able to provide care and attention to your individual body position and exercise technique ensuring that you are correctively and effectively contracting the right muscles.

This class is suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels. Vitality’s qualified instructors will show a number of different degrees of difficulty for each exercise and muscle group which allows you to work at an intensity which suits your own fitness level, strength, balance and flexibility. However, Vitality fitness instructors will be motivating you to step up the levels when they feel you are ready for it!
