A studio based aerobic biking workout which will challenge and improve cardio vascular fitness and stamina. Spin Box incorporates martial arts techniques to tone and lengthen muscles.
Ultra-endurance cyclist and athlete Jonathan "Johnny G" Goldberg developed the concept of indoor cycling classes in the 1980s when, after a near collision training outdoors at night, he designed and had fabricated a sturdy indoor cycle utilizing a large mass braked flywheel to simulate actual road conditions. He opened his first 'Spinning Studio' in Santa Monica CA in 1989. The concept was successful with other riders adopting Johnny's invention.
