Tae-Kwon-Do

Run by Cardiff Tigers, Vitality has become the home of Welsh Tae-Kwon-Do. They teach taekwondo to students who would like to learn a traditional martial art and achieve a black belt or compete in Olympic level tournaments. They also have many students who just want to have fun and stay fit.

There program is fun and unique and the classes are held in a safe and fun environment. The aim of Cardiff Tigers WTF Taekwondo Academy is not just about learning to kick or punch, they instead try to instill in their students the whole philosophy of Taekwondo, which has fantastic moral and life lessons for all. Below are some of their aims:

The qualified instructors are energetic and outgoing. The black belt instructors have advanced training and continue to upgrade their skills. They have a sincere interest for your own self improvement and intensive work outs and offer exciting programs for adults, children and families.
