Tone Zone
During this class our instructors at Vitality aim to tone and strengthen your whole body. Tone Zone is designed for people of all fitness levels and abilities with the end result being to promote muscle definition and inch loss. It is combined class of aerobic and strengthening techniques which includes the use of hand weights, steps and resistance bands.
Your Vitality instructor will participate in the class and will also be able to give one on one advice during the class to advise on correct posture, technique and to progress you through the different levels of difficulty.
The session begins with a high impact, calorie burning cardiovascular workout then your Vitality instructor will ease you into a more low impact session involving specific repetitive resistance exercises which tone individual muscle groups to create a lean muscle definition.
As well as gaining fitness, toning, strengthening and defining muscle, you will also gain invaluable knowledge and understanding of various techniques which you will be able to take with you to further benefit your unsupervised gym sessions.
