The muscles and tendons in your torso are responsible for stabilizing the spine, supporting the shoulders and hips, driving the arms and legs, and transferring force between your arms and legs. This strength based workout will help you achieve your physical goals faster and improve your performance in your chosen sports. A strong core can also reduce the risk of injury and help you to function better on a daily basis.
