Vitality understands that our clients come to us with various levels of knowledge with regards to anatomy, strength training, caridovascular activity, and management of injuries. Many clients come to us when they have not been able to achieve what they had set out to; some have even developed injuries due to incorrect training causing various muscle imbalances and detrimental compensatory movements and injuries (Qualified Physiotherapist on board).
Vitality will begin by assessing what you are looking to achieve and your realistic manageable timescales of achieving them. We will then assess your current body composition (Body Fat Analysis, BMI, Weight & Measurements) and record it accurately in a table; this will be done every month to track your progress. Your Personal Trainer will then start with the most important area of you route to success, your Diet & Nutrition. It is so important to get your Diet & Nutrition right if you want to reach your target. Your Personal Trainer will devise a specific tailored programme for you to follow under the guidance of your trainer. Over the period of your training, your individual program will be intensified and changed to suit you as you progress.
All Vitality clients will have complete access to their Personal Trainer by telephone and also by email to be able to ask him or her anything you need to. It is good to also update your trainer to any area in your diet that you may have improved or fallen down on so that he or she can adjust your next training session to help rectify the situation. You may just want to inform your Personal Trainer about something you want changed or are unhappy with. Whatever the case we are always here to help.
